About me

Author, Speaker, Podcast Host

I am Anne Peshka. Author, Certified Core Energy Coach, Speaker, and Podcast Host of Reinvention on Purpose — available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

I sold my house, packed what mattered, and started over at 55. Did it again at 60. My work is direct, my results are real, and I built everything you see here from scratch.

I am not someone who read a book and called herself a coach. I have lived it. Decades of starting over, rebuilding from nothing, and figuring out what actually works when there is no safety net and no one coming to save you. That is what I bring to this work. And that is exactly why it works.

My mission is simple: to help women stop living by default and start building the life they actually want.

I Believe Every Person Has the Power

to Transform Their Story

I spent years carrying things that were never mine to carry. What I know now is that the past does not get the final word. What you do next does.

That is the truth I build everything on.

My Story

I know what it feels like to carry things that should have broken you. Adoption. Abuse. Addiction. Years of making choices that almost erased me completely.

I also know what it feels like to get back up. Every single time.

I raised my kids as a single mom while working two and three jobs for decades. There was no safety net. No one coming to save me. Just me, deciding over and over again that this was not where my story ended.

I have reinvented myself more times than I can count. Not because it was easy or because I had it figured out. Because staying stuck was never an option I was willing to choose.

That is what true grit actually looks like. Not one dramatic comeback. Decades of showing up, doing the work, falling down, and getting back up before anyone was watching.

I wrote about it in my memoir Trauma Recycled. Not because it was easy but because someone needed to see that you can build something extraordinary from the hardest material imaginable.

I did. And I am not done yet.

If I can do it, so can you. That is not a motivational line. That is just the truth.

Why I Do This Work

I do this work because I know what it costs to carry things alone for too long.

I spent years figuring it out the hard way. No roadmap. No one who had been where I was and made it through. Just me, deciding that there had to be another way and being willing to do whatever it took to find it.

What I built from that is everything you see here. The book. The journals. The coaching. The community. The podcast. All of it exists because I needed it to exist and it did not.

I do not do this work to inspire people. I do it to equip them. There is a difference. Inspiration fades. Tools and real talk and people who have actually done the work — that is what moves people forward.

That is what I bring. Every single time.

The heart of my work is guided by a set of beliefs

that shape not only what I do, but how I do it.

These are the truths I return to again and again, both in my own life
and in the spaces I create for others:

5

Honesty

Real change starts with an honest look at where you actually are. Not the polished version. The real one.

5

Courage

Every step forward is a decision. You do not have to feel ready. You just have to move.

5

Accountability

Nobody is coming to save you. That is not a harsh truth. That is the most freeing truth there is.

5

Resilience

You have already survived things that should have stopped you. That is not nothing. That is everything.

5

Freedom

The goal is never to forget what happened. The goal is to stop letting it drive.

5

Connection

You do not have to figure this out alone. The right people alongside you change everything.

If any of this sounds like you, you are already in the right place.

What I Do

Everything I create, whether it’s a book, a workshop, or a community gathering, is rooted in the belief that healing is possible and freedom is within reach.

As An Author

I did not write Trauma Recycled to tell my story. I wrote it to reach the person who is sitting alone right now wondering if anyone has ever felt what they are feeling.

I know that person. I was that person.

Young, full of despair, carrying things I had no language for and no one safe to tell. I looked everywhere for someone who had been where I was and made it through. I could not find them.

So I became them.

Trauma Recycled is my memoir — adoption, abuse, addiction, and what happened when I decided none of it was going to be the end. It is honest, it is direct, and it is written for the person who needs to know they are not alone and that what they are feeling is not the final word on their life.

If that is you, this book was written for you. It is available on Amazon and the first chapter is free at annepeshka.com/resources

As A Speaker

I deliver direct, honest talks that give audiences tools they can use the next day. My topics — identity, reinvention, and intentional living — open conversations that most people are already having in their heads. I just say it out loud. No performance. No wasted words. Just the real talk that moves people from aware to actually doing something about it.

As a Coach & Workshop Leader

Through my workshops, the Life By Design community, and select 1:1 work, I create spaces where people do real work — not just reflect, but build and move. Sessions are practical, direct, and designed to get people out of their heads and into action. If you are ready to go deeper, there are ways to work with me directly. Online or in person, the goal is always the same: leave with something you can use today.

As a Podcast Host

Through my podcast Reinvention on Purpose and the Life By Design community, I host conversations that most people are not having out loud. What it actually takes to start over. What gets in the way. What moves people forward. Real talk from people who have done it.

When I am not working you will find me somewhere in the world.

I travel solo across the globe and I do it on purpose. New places, new people, new perspectives. I have stood in places that took my breath away and sat with strangers who became meaningful connections in a single conversation. That is the kind of life I designed and I protect it fiercely.

I live by my own rules. Not recklessly — intentionally. Every choice I make is a deliberate decision about how I want to spend my time and energy and who I want to become next. That does not happen by accident. It happens because I decided it would.

Freedom and bravery are not words I use lightly. They are how I actually live. Solo travel, building businesses from scratch, starting over more than once — these are not things that happened to me. They are things I chose.

That is what I teach because it is what I know. You can design a life that looks nothing like the one you were handed. I am proof of that every single day.

If You’ve Found Your Way Here, you are already moving. Let’s keep going.
